2001 - USA: Pacific Northwest

In August 2001 Anne and I toured round Oregon and Washington in the Pacific Northwest of the United States.

I make no apologies for the lack of people in these pictures. Why take pictures of people when you're surrounded by magnificent landscapes such as Mt. St. Helens, Crater Lake and the temperate rainforest of the Olympic Peninsula?

We flew into Portland OR, then headed south to Crater Lake, then north again into Washington heading for the Olympic National Park, and then flew out of Seattle WA.
